To every donor, big and small, who made the 67th Annual Shelter Island Fireworks possible: this show belongs to you. We are simply its stewards, and it is your generosity and dedication that light up the sky each July.

This year, as America celebrates 250 years, there is no better place to mark that milestone than right here — a small island community that has gathered together, year after year, to do something bigger than any one of us. That is what this country is supposed to feel like. That is what Shelter Island does.

This community shows up for itself in ways that never stop moving us. It is your spirit — and your support — that we will carry into next year and every year after, so that this tradition lives on for generations to come.
